Do I get access to everything?

Students, faculty, staff and members will get access to the space after they have completed the safety training and taken an equipment training workshop through Cabrillo Extension, or are currently enrolled in Art 95A.

Do I get to operate the 3D Printers?

Once you complete the equipment training workshop through Cabrillo Extension or Art 95A you will able to schedule time on a 3D printer for your projects.

Who helps me run the machines?

There will be a help desk assistant as well as makerspace mentors to assist you.

How do I learn to run the machines?

Do I need a MakerSpace membership If I am student, faculty, or staff?

Students, faculty and staff have exclusive free access per semester during the hours from 10-4 M-F for projects and research.

How do i qualify for the MakerSpace Internship Program

Students currently enrolled in 6 units of classes and have completed maker related courses.
